A scenario in office.
What's the point of finding out the root cause when a solution is not done and pursued?
That is a sample way of how management is done poorly. Instead of griping on what is the cause of the issue, why not just solve the issue?
Issues should be solved before the root cause is to be determined? Just hate those chinaman company style of man management. So backwards.
That's why there so many turnovers in this company. No future. Time to look for another job I guess.
